Job Responsibilities:
- Managing client implementations, projects, and conversions for large/technical custom implementations
- Responsible for driving complex, high priority implementations, conversions, audit remediations, projects or component phases of larger programs
- Working with technical engineers and developers to successfully complete objectives
- Lead a variety of Sprints that can be security focused, technical tool implementations, application development, and/or technical infrastructure projects
- Sense of satisfaction after delivering solutions to complex issues
- Develop, coordinate, and execute project phases, drive communications, and resource activities to ensure timely and effective project delivery
- Find opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue and improve product efficiency
- Work with other groups to generate and offer appropriate solutions
- Provide client consultative input on our product and system features
- May lead and coordinate multi-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of an implementation, project or conversion, from initiation to closure
- Ensure project management methodologies, Sprint delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed
- This includes managing and driving Agile work, stand-ups, risk/issue management, and scope change management
Required:
- 5 years overall project management experience with some of the experience using Agile/Scrum
- Demonstrated previous experience driving complex IT technical projects/Sprints
- Previous experience in a PM role with exposure to Security and/or IT Infrastructure projects
- Client facing experience with partners as well as both external and internal clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to be able to work after hours/on-call/weekend as needed for deployments
- Ability to physically work in the office 5 days a week
- Ability for occasional travel as required (5%-10%)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® and/or SAFe® or Scrum Certification(s)
- Financial industry experience
- Experience working with US Federal Government agencies
- Microsoft Office
- Azure DevOps or JIRA experience
- Ability and desire to learn new technical concepts
