Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with 5-6 years of experience to oversee product roadmaps, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration for complex technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jira, Agile methodologies, and technical product management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact technical solutions.
This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and a technical mindset to break down complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the technical product roadmap, ensuring product health, scalability, and performance.
- Conduct product backlog grooming, prioritizing high-impact work for delivery.
- Facilitate sprint planning, story refinement, and feature elaboration sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate business goals into user stories and technical requirements, incorporating architecture changes as needed.
- Define and track product health metrics and KPIs, advocating for technical improvements.
- Proactively resolve upstream dependencies and cross-team conflicts.
- Lead discussions in standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and product demos.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and engineering efforts.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
5-6 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
Strong ability to break down business problems into well-rounded technical requirements.
Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
Experience with Jira and other Agile tools to optimize team performance.
Proven ability to collaborate with Business, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
Knowledge of KPIs, product health metrics, and strategies for reducing technical debt.
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in scaling Agile practices for enterprise environments.
Familiarity with DevOps, test automation, and deployment strategies.
