While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle and feel, as well as reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Essential Functions
- Coordinates with the Production Supervisor to develop weekly schedule.
- Leads weekly ROPE (Remove Obstacles & Promote Engagement) meeting to ensure OTD is met.
- Reviews MRP to ensure shop orders are released to support shop floor schedule and customer demand.
- Works with Supply Chain to ensure all needed materials are on hand to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Prepares and distribute routers to the production floor for kitting.
- Reviews demand, schedule and materials as needed to provide expedited timelines.
- Maintains status reports for selected customers as assigned by management.
- Interacts with Production and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies and BOM/Router challenges.
- Reviews daily progress of scheduled Shop Orders.
- Able to communicate cross functionally (Engineering, Quality, Production and Customers) to set schedules and problem solve.
- Bachelor’s Degree highly desired
- Combination of education/training and experience in lieu of degree
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Excel vlookup, pivot tables and formulas highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff and suppliers
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter able to multitask, with excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP systems- preferably MACOLA
