Full-Time Position – Monday through Friday (days) & on-call responsibilities.
LOCATIONS: Savage
We are looking for a dependable leader who can empower a team of Direct Support Professionals by providing a person-centered approach and always putting the people we serve first. We are seeking an organized self-starter who can lead with compassion in the programs and services we provide. This person will provide program oversight involving compliance with licensing and is encouraged to express innovative ideas on our programming and the overall satisfaction of the individuals we support and their support teams.

Duties and Responsibilities
Designated Coordiantor is knowledgeable about current licensing standards/requirements to ensure compliance with the program they are responsible for.
- Ensures compliance with each person served with all 245D paperwork.
- Ensures the duties of the direct support staff are fulfilled according to responsibilities in the care plan.
- Provide training/supervision to the direct support staff
- Update team members for each person served at minimum of once per month about status of service, quality of care, person situation and outcomes.
- Responsible for ongoing communication with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for the position, applicants must:
- Pass a Department of Human Services background check and provide two professional references
- Work independently and have strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communications skills
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office
- Pass skills tests related to physical intervention
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services; 3 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons struggling with behavioral health concerns OR
- Associate degree in a field related to human services; 5 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with behavioral health concerns OR
- 7 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with behavioral health concerns
- Management experience (preferred)
