Our analytical seed fund is a result of partnering with two leading seed investors, combining their methods with our data-driven platform to create a scalable investment process and product.
As an Investment Process Architect, you'll contribute to designing and executing this process, working alongside top investors to build the investment framework and operational foundation powering this fund.
The Role: Designing Scalable Processes
- Evaluate and execute investments using traditional venture diligence and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with founders to build strong relationships and guide them through the fundraising process.
- Partner with leading seed investors to learn from their methods and adapt them into a scalable framework.
- Design a product and process that takes discoveries and translates them into operational efficiencies and tools scaling the fund's impact.
- Analyze markets and trends to develop and refine investment theses reflecting your work with Ensemble's leadership and partners.
- Product management: Collaborate with the broader Ensemble team to ensure processes and tools are intuitive, effective, and scalable.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in venture capital, preferably investing or building in deep tech or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with founders, investors, and team members.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: Thrive in ambiguous situations, identify and solve problems, and be excited to build from scratch.
- Interest in product development: Refine processes and help shape tools operationalizing your discoveries.
- Bonus: Experience with data-driven investing, venture operations, or scalable investment methodologies.
