Senior Manufacturing Process Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating designs for manufacturability, leading development of new products into production, and ensuring technical compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including manufacturing instructions, routings, process specifications, and tooling.
• Provide continuity during transitions from proposals to production by acting as the main technical liaison between the customer and EBAD.
• Solve manufacturing problems, investigate process failures, and implement corrective actions (RCCA).
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure production viability of new designs and creation of required documentation.
• Interface with production personnel, including operators, quality inspectors, and shop floor managers.
• Implement Lean methodologies, including standard work, point of use tooling, material presentation, and process improvements.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have a BS/MS in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical/aerospace engineering or manufacturing engineering, and 3 years of manufacturing or related engineering experience in multi-part mechanisms and mechanical assemblies.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
