We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join the Diagnostics Solutions Group(Cawood & Envirologix) to lead our marketing efforts to new heights.
Job Description:
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B digital marketing strategies to:
- Increase company and solutions awareness with end users
- Position the company as the leader in its segments and the partner of choice
- Generate preference and demand from users for our solutions
- Provide sales-ready leads to our sales teams and distributors
- Perform analysis to identify value-creating opportunities, create business cases, and develop requirements to implement the strategy
- Provide marketing solutions through websites, driving traffic (PPC, SEO, online advertising), email marketing programs, and social media programs
- Develop centralized resources and processes to support global programs, including email marketing automation/execution and content posting to online catalogs and content sites
- Partner with Product Managers and Commercial leads to meet profitable growth objectives through strategic and tactical marketing programs
- Make data-driven decisions and demonstrate intellectual curiosity, especially in highly scientific markets
- Excel and lead in a process-driven culture with high accountability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role with success in B2B digital strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills(Desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- High business acumen and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
