Job Description

Accratronics is seeking a day shift Quality Administrator to join the site Quality Team. This position will report to the site's Quality Manager and will be located in Burbank, CA.

Principal duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develop and maintain process instructions for quality-related activities.
• Support creation/finalization of Inspection Plans for products
• Preparation of first articles
• Maintain records of each customer's quality requirements
• General documentation support of the shipping & receiving department
• Audit products for total quality, including mechanical and electrical testing, with some floor inspection.
• Track quality key performance indicators
• Assists with the development and processing of purchase orders.
• Keep work area organized and clean and follow all established safety guidelines
• Work within a team structure to achieve company and department goals
• Perform additional duties related to specific area assignments when requested

Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent G.E.D.
• 2 years or more of experience with inspection of mechanical components or related role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• High attention to detail
• The ability to operate a CMM and VMM, is highly desirable.
• Must be able to read and interpret Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T)
• Must be able to read and understand military specifications and industry standards
• Effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management

Work Hours

• Hours of work for Accratronics Day Shift is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
