Requirements For Employment Eligibility
- Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
- Worthiness to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend
- Receive clearance from the Church Educational System Ecclesiastical Clearance Office
- Commitment to bring about the purposes of Ensign College
- Resides in Utah
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting or finance
- Five years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related field
- Proven customer service, interpersonal, and management skills
- Ability to set and achieve program goals with little or no supervision
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Manage full-time and part-time staff
- Trains staff on customer service through regular demonstration and coaching
- Provides accurate and complete student account information for students
- Manages the student receivables, refunds, collections, and write-offs.
- Manages all financial aid disbursements to student accounts
- Process and issue 1098-T forms
- Responsible for the setup and maintenance of the student finance module of the College’s student information system
