Job Summary :
The Internship Data and Reporting Coordinator is a crucial role within the Internship Department, responsible for maintaining data integrity, organizing master agreements, and supporting the department with various reporting tasks. This position requires the ability to clean and manage data, assist in creating dashboards, develop surveys, and ensure that all internship-related documentation is up to date and organized. The role requires a commitment of at least three consecutive semesters.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Data Management : Clean and manage data in Smart sheets, ensuring there are no duplicates, and that the platform remains current and accurate.
- Dashboard Creation : Collaborate with data analysts to organize and clean data for the creation of dashboards that reflect the workflow of internships.
- Survey Development : Create and distribute surveys via Qualtrics for department events and other data collection needs, supporting the team.
- Report Assistance : Assist the manager and the internship department in generating reports as required.
- Master Agreement Organization : Manage and organize master agreements sent to employers, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Event Coordination : Support event organization and assist the team with related tasks as needed by the manager.
- Communication : Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications :
Work Environment :
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with an expectation to be on campus every Friday, as the office closes at 3 PM.
The role requires working closely with both the internship department and the manager to ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet the department's quality standards.
