**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance management and be familiar with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). The Maintenance Supervisor will be accountable for managing a team of maintenance technicians and will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, and possess a thorough understanding of high and low voltage systems. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and oversee the maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently. - Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. - Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential maintenance issues before they become major problems. - Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and maintenance schedules. - Manage and coordinate maintenance tasks, including scheduling and prioritizing work. - Supervise and train maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed. - Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols. - Analyze and troubleshoot complex maintenance issues using logic controllers and CMMS systems. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives. **Qualifications:** - 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems. - Proven experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in CMMS systems. - Experience in high and low voltage systems, including electrical and mechanical equipment. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues. - Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency. - Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices and industry regulations.
