Full Time Therapy Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to support our Therapy Leadership in the San Antonio, TX area. You will be involved in helping with patient correspondence, scheduling outpatients for therapy, answering telephones, communicating with doctors for plan of cares, preparing financial / clinical reports, and performing other administrative duties as requested. Experience / Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service
- High School Graduate
- Ability to multitask, keen eye for detail and a self-initiator
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Completion of on-the-job orientation and training program or demonstrates competency in each of the designated areas
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with electronic medical records systems like NetHealth and Point Click Care
- Knowledge of insurance processes is a plus
