Lead and mentor the studio admin teamManage projects from initiation to completionOversee proposal processes for timely deliveryFacilitate communication among clients and team membersPrepare and maintain project documentationProduce project status reports and manage schedulesCoordinate with consultants and manage agreementsEnsure quality assurance and complianceProvide high-level support to project managersWHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION :
2-5 years of proposal coordination in Architecture, Engineering, or ConstructionPrevious role as Project Coordinator, Studio Assistant, Development Coordinator, or Contract AdministratorExperience with Team Leadership : Strong leadership and team management experienceFamiliarity with Bluebeam, Newforma, and Deltek Vision (preferred)Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of project management principles and best practicesAbility to prioritize projects and meet deadlinesEmployment Type : Permanent / Full Time
