Responsibilities:
- Cut meat accurately
- Ensure portion control and maintain consistent serving sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the carving station area
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any questions or concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a supermarket or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and carving techniques
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle sharp objects safely
