Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients as they arrive. You often serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so a friendly welcoming demeanor is essential for creating a positive impression.
- Answering calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
- Address patients questions and concerns while providing excellent customer service.
- Explain financial obligations to the patients or responsible parties and collect co-pays and balances as required.
- Verify patients’ insurance eligibility
- Maintain up to date information in patient accounts
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 46 per week
