Job Description
- Process transactions and maintain accounts with precision.
- Organize and manage invoices, credit card statements, and approvals.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments while adhering to policies.
- File monthly Use Tax returns for multiple states.
- Monitor and improve accounts payable workflows.
- Handle year-end procedures, including 1099 preparation.
- Process employee reimbursements and expense reports.
- Manage checks, ACH payments, and month-end AP reports.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Viewpoint and Crystal Report Writing is a plus. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience: 3-7 years in accounting (construction industry preferred). Sales and Use Tax expertise required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
