Service Technician - Access Control Systems

Job Description

Immediate need of an experienced Access Control Systems Technician. Job duties include Installation, troubleshooting, repair and service of Access Control and Security Systems.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized and self-sufficient.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Minimum 2 year’s experience or technical training.
• Rotating on call for emergency service required
• Applicant should be self motivated and able to work overtime as needed.
  
  

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Ability to understand electrical wiring diagrams and circuits. Candidate should have a back ground in Security or the electrical field for this position.
• Must be able to troubleshoot electrical controls with a multi-meter.
• Knowledge of card access, video monitoring products, Intrusion, electronics, computer systems, electronics or networked applications.
• Experience with systems / software such as Schneider Electric, Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon, Infographics, Securitas Hugs Infant Protection, DMP.
