Team Lead, Electronic Tester

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead, Electronic Tester to lead a team of skilled testers responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products. In this role, you will oversee the entire testing process, from test plan development to defect tracking and resolution.

Location: Troy, MI

Pay rate: $17-18/hr.

Hours : 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday, OT on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of electronic testers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  

Qualifications

• Proven years of experience in electronic testing, including experience with test equipment and tools.
• Proven leadership experience, including team management and mentoring.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of testing methodologies, test automation tools, and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to Use Microsoft Office and Excel
