Summary: Seeking a 2nd Shift Machinist to operate CNC and manual machinery, ensuring adherence to customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards.
Job Requirements:
Ability to set up CNC lathes and mills.
Ability to set up manual lathes, grinders, and mills.
Proficient in understanding and interpreting Mastercam software programs.
Capable of verifying work using various measurement methods.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in fabricating new components per engineering drawings.
Familiarity with modifying components based on drawings or engineering instructions.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC milling/turning/grinding machine centers and manual machinery.
Assist with fabricating new components and modifying existing ones as per instructions.
Work on jobs according to due dates using the scheduling system.
Maintain shop cleanliness and operate equipment safely.
Communicate effectively with other shifts.
Report job progress using the current scheduling system.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
