Summary: Seeking an Avionics/Electrical Technician IV with expertise in aircraft systems testing, installation, and troubleshooting for a 2nd shift position.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Four years experience in avionics/electrical field or two years of aviation electronics schooling and two years related experience
Preferred Skills:
- A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license
- FCC certification
- NCATT certification
- Proficiency in troubleshooting other aircraft systems such as hydraulics, landing gear, and flight controls
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate technical skills in avionics systems testing and troubleshooting
- Perform installation and functional testing of electrical/avionics components per specifications
- Ensure quality repairs of malfunctioning systems
- Repair or replace defective components ensuring conformity
- Operate test equipment to evaluate performance and reliability
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations
Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
