Work with site management in executing Occupational Health Safety priorities, metrics, goals, and requirements.Establish and enhance site Occupational Health Safety programs that support global Occupational Health Safety initiatives expectations.Keep management apprised of Occupational Health Safety progress and significant developments on key site projects.Drive communication and involvement to develop continuous improvement plans. Analyze and communicate site Occupational Health Safety performance against expectations, provide feedback, establish, and track required actions to improve performance.Evaluate facility Occupational Health Safety conditions, assess risks, and develop appropriate corrective-action plans and budgets to address deficiencies in comparison to regulations and internal policy/protocol.Lead investigations in responding to significant incidents and government requests/notices.Interface with Occupational Health Safety regulatory agencies as needed.Provide leadership support for training programs to build Occupational Health Safety technical, management and leadership skills of site leadership team and employees.Experience in a Manufacturing Environment dealing with Air Permits/Hazardous Material/ChemicalsEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
