What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Design Specialist position at Entegee?
Location: Dubuque, IA (onsite)
Duration: 12-18 months, possible contract to hire
Target Pay Rate: $50-$60/hour
Work Status: USC/Green Card only
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree
- 5 years of related mechanical design experience
- 2 years of experience with 3D CAD modeling Inventor/SolidWorks
- Experience with dimensional engineering and tolerance analysis
Preferred qualifications:
- Experienced with communicating concepts through line sketching and rendering techniques
- Design for Manufacturing Experience
- Familiar with Process FMEA analyses
- Skilled in the creation of quality systems and gage system design
- Familiar with work instructions and process documents
