Summary: Seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator with 1-3 years of experience to process materials through the press brake by reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience operating a press brake machine
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of press brake operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Preferred Skills:
- Operating a forklift
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Set up and adjust press brake machines, including dies, gauges, and controls
- Operate the press brake to bend, shape, or cut steel wire and metal components
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubrication
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, making minor repairs as needed
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
Pay Details: $21.00 to $31.00 per hour
