What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector (2nd shift) position at Entegee?
Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector for 2nd shift responsible for daily inspections, non-conforming product assessment, and quality records management in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and CFR 820 regulations
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control principles
- Ability to read and interpret prints and customer requirements
- Experience with standard dimensional gages (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- Capability to set-up and run programs on inspection/test equipment
Preferred Skills:
- CMM experience
- Experience in medical device inspection
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspections and communicate findings
- Assess non-conforming products and process issues
- Update databases, logs, and reports accurately
- Use specialized inspection/test equipment for product verification
- Coordinate MRB activities for nonconforming materials
- Conduct data entry to monitor quality/performance trends
- Perform documentation review and dimension verification
- Complete First Article Inspections as guided by Quality Engineering
- Conduct in-house calibrations of gages per instructions
Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
