We are seeking a skilled Product Support Engineer to join our team at Entegee.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to provide expert support to customers and dealers in the mining industry. As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for organizing and executing customer site visits, responding to inquiries related to product issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute customer site visits to ensure timely resolution of product-related issues.
- Respond to customer and dealer inquiries related to product issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries concerning Entegee's mining products.
- Analyze field data to drive product enhancements for both new and existing mining products.
- Support Field Representatives during the commissioning of new mining products and facilitate follow-up meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of hydraulic and electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Unigraphics/NX preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and simultaneously.
- Willingsness to travel up to 30% of the time, often with short notice.
