What are the responsibilities and job description for the Validation/Test Engineer position at Entegee?
Summary: Seeking a Validation/Test Engineer to support John Deere's Intelligent Solutions Group by enabling and documenting technology solutions for high-value crop producers.
Requirements:
- Previous industry experience in agriculture or construction equipment.
- Comfortable with installing hardware and software on John Deere equipment.
- Familiarity with John Deere systems, including Gen4/G5, MTG's, StarFire.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with field testing and customer interaction.
- Knowledge of John Deere Operations Center web/mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to improve productivity and profitability through technology solutions.
- Document detailed feedback from customers on technology performance.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, user experience designers, and testing teams.
- Travel frequently to meet customers primarily on the West Coast; some international travel possible.
- Maintain communication with trusted dealers regarding customer updates.
- Develop a High Value Customer reference list for research and validation purposes.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $39.00 per hour
