We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the analysis and management of datasets derived from in-line pipeline inspections, playing a critical part in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and longevity of pipeline infrastructure. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing inspection processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance pipeline integrity management. Position Summary :
A key customer-facing leadership role responsible for Entegra’s Western Hemisphere Data Analysis (DA) operations and alignment with Entegra’s Global Data Analysis Department strategy. Keenly familiar with In-Line-Inspection (ILI) services within the Oil & Gas Industry, Pipeline Integrity Management Programs, best-in-class data analysis execution processes and procedures, KPI management, and the continuous improvement of recruitment, personnel development and company culture initiatives. Focused on service excellence and developing customer trust through the consistent delivery of reliable data quality, on-time reporting and proactive communication. Regional P&L responsibility for the Data Analysis cost center.
Primary Responsibilities :
Safety & Quality Compliance :
- Drives a zero-harm work environment, ensuring all HSE policies comply with regulatory, customer, and ENTEGRA’s internal requirements. Follow Human and Organization Performance (HOP) principles to achieve desired outcomes and culture.
- Works closely with ENTEGRA’s QHSE Department to drive standardization in anomaly sizing procedures and report accuracy that meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations.
- Oversee and support adherence to API 1163, ASNT ILI-PQ and POF standards, as required.
- Ensures the completion of Post Action Reports and Root Cause Analyses, implementing corrective / preventative actions, as applicable.
- Drives safety meeting participation throughout the organization, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
