Position Summary :
Conducts investigations, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with QHSE policies and activities. Supports Entegra's safe and efficient operations by aligning with company safety and quality programs. Leads post-incident investigations to identify root causes and collaborates across departments to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Coordinates with the QHSE Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of all action items.
Responsibilities :
- Safety Programs
- Zero-harm work environment, ensuring all HSE policies and procedures are within compliance, including legislative regulations, customer requirements, and internal requirements.
- Ensures QHSE records comply with applicable legislative regulations and standards.
- Help to maintain monthly HSE Dashboard report.
- Perform internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Investigate incidents thoroughly and effectively and respond appropriately as required, including communicating and following up with the QHSE manager, supervisors, and employees.
- Ensures effective participation and knowledge transfer, including assisting with the Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Quality Programs
- Maintain a culture of quality in line with our Be Excellent Core Value.
- Create and manage Post Action Reports (PARS), conduct investigations, and work with appropriate departments to determine root cause and CAPAS and help drive them to completion.
- Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCAS), conduct investigations, and draft documentation.
- Update the Jobs DB quality tab for all runs, including PAR and RCA details.
- Manage the implementation and tracking of CAPAS to completion throughout the organization, tracking trends and evaluating effectiveness.
- Ensures effective participation and knowledge transfer, including assisting with the Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Document Control
- Assist with updates to the HSE and Quality Manuals and documentation.
- Accountability
- Communicates and implements the organization's core values and QHSE mission to fulfill the organization's vision and objectives.
- Monthly quality report sent to the QHSE Manager to review performance to key performance indicators, aligning with Entegra's Quality and Safety Manuals.
- Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) - Crucial Conversations
- Experience with and understanding of Human and Organizational Performance.
- Identify and create organizational learning events to continuously improve our safety and quality programs.
- Operational Excellence
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.
