Vice President of US Operations

As Vice President of US Operations, you will take on a pivotal leadership role in driving the operational success in Enteractive’s first and also forthcoming US office(s). Reporting to the MD of Enteractive USA, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the US office, working collaboratively across departments such as IT Support, HR & Recruitment, Finance, and Legal to ensure organizational efficiency and alignment with global standards and objectives. You will work in close partnership with the Head of Reactivation Sales, supporting compliance and operational excellence while respecting departmental ownership.

This role demands operational expertise and the ability to foster collaboration between teams to achieve Enteractive’s growth objectives. The VP of US Operations will act as a key representative of the US entity, ensuring sustainable business practices and compliance while building a strong foundation for Enteractive’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operational effectiveness of the US office, ensuring alignment with Enteractive’s overarching global strategy.
• Provide comprehensive leadership and strategic direction across operational departments, including IT Support, HR & Recruitment, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive operational improvements and efficiencies by optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and overall effectiveness across teams.
• Implement processes and systems to enhance productivity while maintaining high standards of compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to strengthen relationships and support business success.
• Support the operational side of Reactivation Sales in partnership with its department lead, ensuring alignment with compliance standards without overlapping strategic ownership.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders, both internally and externally, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for key clients.
• Strategically manage budgets to optimize costs while meeting financial goals.
• Deliver insights, KPIs, and updates on operational performance to the US MD and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Ensure adherence to all local and federal laws, labor regulations, and industry standards, protecting the company’s reputation and interests.
• Provide regular updates to the US MD, Group CEO and Board on strategic insights, performance metrics, and operational achievements.
• Perform any other responsibilities that align with the role of VP, as may be assigned from time to time to support the company’s evolving needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in operations, business development, or general management.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role with oversight of cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are considered a plus.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of US labour laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities effectively.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
