Job Title :

Electronic Banking Wire Specialist (Hybrid Eligible : MO)

Job Description : Summary

This position is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Electronic Banking Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Processes all incoming and outgoing wire transfers

Creates and responds to wire transfer service messages

Assists in daily tasks, including balancing of accounts, monitoring of bank position, and morning / end of day processing

Maintains existing client relationships by addressing any customer service needs or issues

Assists with testing and upgrades with the wire vendor

Creates and manages cases with electronic banking vendors

Creates and manages reports and handles reporting for the wire transfer department

Assists in audits and examinations

Develops and maintains department procedures

Supports Retail Staff with issues, questions, and concerns regarding their wires transfers

Assists with training new employees

Serves as a back-up for other areas of the electronic banking department

Completes Reg E investigations

Assists management with projects related to the department

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Must be familiar with Electronic Banking

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to develop strong working relationships and interact well with employees at all levels of the organization

Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team environment to produce needed outcomes and meet goals

Motivated and open to change

Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Education and / or Experience :

Three or more years of related experience

High school diploma or GED required

Computer and Software Skills :
