Enterprise Charter School is seeking a skilled and dedicated Interventionist. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and school staff to provide targeted academic support to students who are struggling in specific areas, such as reading, math, or behavioral skills. As an Interventionist, you will help identify student needs, implement evidence-based interventions, and monitor progress to ensure student success. Your role will be vital in ensuring that all students achieve academic growth and are prepared to meet grade-level expectations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Special Education, or related field and valid teaching certification.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A demonstrated interest in impacting K-8 students in urban schools and communities
- Experience working with students who require academic interventions (preferred).
- Knowledge of research-based intervention strategies and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other staff members.
- Ability to analyze data to identify student needs and track progress.
Enterprise Charter School offers a competitive salary, health benefits and is a member of the NYS Teacher Retirement System. Position starts at $45,000 higher rate of pay based on certification and experience.
