Residential Superintendent - Springfield, MO

You'll be responsible for managing all functions of the construction job site as it relates to building quality residential homes.

Your main duties will include:

• Directing and supervising trade partners
• Preparing project reports and conducting daily walks
• Adhering to the project schedule
• Approving trade partner work orders
• Monitoring project cleanliness and quality

We require at least one year of experience as a Superintendent for the home building industry and a high school diploma or equivalent, though higher education or additional experience with a production home builder is preferred.

Desirable knowledge, skills, or abilities include:

• Management of construction resources
• Reading and interpreting plans and other construction documents
• Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork and cooperation
• Action-oriented and decisive
• Customer-centric
• Strong verbal & written Communication skills
• Above-average aptitude for the use of job sites and mobile technology

Finally, you must have a clean driver's record and a valid Missouri driver's license, and you must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
