Requirements
Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking a Software Engineer III (Software Development) to support a DoD project. This position is contingent upon contract award. Requirements for the position include:
- Ten (10) years with Masters or 14 years with Bachelor's degree of professional experience with research, design, and development of computer and network software or specialized utility programs which may include database maintenance within an application area. Individual shall have experience applying programming concepts in a professional or academic setting and notable experience with applying modern software development methodologies (e.g. agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS) in a professional or academic setting
- Three (3) years of technical experience in support of software development for systems hosted within an enterprise hosting environment in the cloud in support of multiple interconnected systems and enterprise managed services. Individual shall have notable experience supervising and/or mentoring of lesser experienced personnel
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems)
- Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification
- CompTIA Security or CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) or Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
- IEEE CS Software Development Professional or a vendor/platform specific certification such as: Cloud certifications such as AWS Developer Professional, or other certifications relevant to the role
- Individual shall be certified as Information Assurance Management (IAM) or Information Assurance Technical (IAT) or Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE) Level II or III
