Must-Haves :
1. Bachelor’s degree is required 2. 5 Managerial experience in acute/critical care 3. Current RN licensure (NC/Multistate) 4. Proven ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence in patient care
Required Skills
1. Current NC or Multi-state RN license
2. Three years’ RN experience in a Critical Care Unit
3. Minimum 3 year’s supervisory experience
4. Ability to handle a high stress environment
5. Ability to communicate and react effectively to the needs of the patients and staff.
Required License/Certifications:
Valid NC RN License
BLS required, or obtained during first week of hire
ACLS required

Pay: $91,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
