Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Field Support Engineer to join our team at a leading organization based in Warsaw, IN. This is an onsite role that will require the individual to handle technical support tickets while taking on a leadership role in various projects. As a key member of the team, the Field Support Engineer will ensure the seamless operation and support of IT systems and will lead efforts in maintaining GxP compliance. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in IT support and must be capable of working independently while also managing and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Support: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for end users in a timely manner.
- Ticket Management: Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets related to IT infrastructure and systems.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage various IT projects, coordinating efforts, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- GxP Compliance: Ensure all IT support activities and project work comply with GxP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) standards and regulations.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system checks, updates, and patches to maintain the integrity and security of the IT infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 7 years of experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
- GxP Knowledge: Proven knowledge and experience working in a GxP-regulated environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
