Enterprise Information Security (EIS) is a part of the Enterprise Technology and Operations division (with 1100 technical professionals) at Zions Bancorporation. TheIdentity & Access Management(IAM)Analystwill play a key role in ensuring the security of our enterprise applications throughIAM processes and tools. The ideal candidate will add to our awesome team and help ourIAM program get better, including educating stakeholders, ensuring key resources are brought together, improving our IAM processes and tooling, and automating our work. You will develop exciting solutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creative approaches within defined policies and best practices.
Responsibilities:
* Collaboratein thegovernanceof Security and IAM policies, procedures, and configuration standards.
* Design and build solid processes for user application access, roles, and security.
CollaboratewithIAM Stakeholders and Team members as required.
* Responsible for database mining and querying for custom report development to provide data and metrics for security,compliance,and auditing purposes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
* Performing Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts analysis ofaccessfor use in automated SOD conflicts control systems.
Perform Role-Based Access Control evaluations with Role Champions to impose least privileged access.
* Provide technical assistance to the IAM Operations team including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and patch management activities.
* Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of IAM processes, etc.
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate has abachelor's degree in a related field or 2 years of related professional experience.
* PriorIdentity Management experiencepreferred.
* Knowledge of Identity & Access Management Process design and/or implementation including Identity Governance platforms and technologies. SailPoint experience preferred.
* Familiarity of Agile frameworks and processes to assist with team execution.
* Communicate with both technical and non-technical individualsincluding proficiency in authoring and contributing to technical design documents.
* Developedskills in problem resolution, data gathering, requirements definition, analysis, & design.
* Ability to prioritize and multi-taskmultiple priorities.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location:
This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
