As a member of the Inside Sales team within each business type, the Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in enhancing sales efficiency, boosting productivity, accelerating new client conversions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The role centers on dedicated activities that include engaging with inbound clients, qualifying leads, and generating interest that ultimately translates into sales.
Can you?
- Propose and implement strategies to help clients grow their business successfully within your book of business to help drive sales growth and profits.
- Work exclusively with your manager about these targets and how to achieve them with our clients.
- Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with smaller accounts by delivering exceptional service, addressing product inquiries, managing pricing inquiries, and facilitating communication to resolve disputes, ensuring mutual benefits for both EED and the clients.
Retain and grow existing accounts through effective account management. - Engage in effective communication to present products, address client inquiries, and generate sales.
- Utilize scripts or sales pitches to convey key information and benefits to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with management and the sales team to strategize and improve calling techniques for optimum results.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and additional targets set by the company.
- Drive revenue growth within the assigned business segment.
- Enter client orders received via incoming telephone calls, emails, and web orders.
- Work collaboratively to resolve challenges and ensure a positive client experience.
- Share, learn, and collaborate with team members and your manager to develop strategies, improve execution, and implement ideas that drive a great team results and success.
- Actively engage in ongoing product, system, and sales training opportunities.
- Provide amazing prospect and customer experiences.

- Occasional trade show functions may be required, such as travel, booth set-up, interacting with prospects and clients at the show, etc.
