Entertainment Experts is a well-established amusement vending company that has expanded its business nationally over the past 30 years. We have an immediate opening to hire an Administrative Assistant in our Kansas City, KS location.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to fill this pivotal role, and joint our administrative team in Kansas.
Duties:
- Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and tracking incoming and outgoing shipments and deposits.
- Oversees reconciliation of daily deposit logs and preparation for bank deposits.
- Daily cash handling and money-counting.
- Data entry in various systems.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills in responding to all inquiries.
- Prepares and submits reports as required.
- Participate in other clerical initiatives and special projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
- Position reports to the Market Manager.
Skills:
- Task prioritization, time management and the ability to communicate clearly
- Proficient in MS Office - specifically Excel
- QuickBooks, or other Accounts Payable experience preferred
Qualified candidates will be trustworthy, and must:
- Have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record (MVR required)
- Pass a Background Check (required)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
