What You’ll Be Doing
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be a key player in our accounting operations, handling invoicing, collections, account tracking, and reconciliations. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Invoicing & Billing – Generate client invoices, credit memos, and ensure billing accuracy for rentals, shows, and sales.
✅ Accounts Receivable Processing – Enter invoices into accounting systems, apply payments, and post transactions to the general ledger.
✅ Deposit & Payment Tracking – Process daily deposits, track prepayments, and ensure documentation for credit card charges is complete.
✅ Client Account Management – Maintain customer files, monitor outstanding debts, and communicate with clients regarding balances and documentation.
✅ Reporting & Reconciliation – Review aging reports, flag problem accounts, and assist with month-end closing procedures.
✅ Credit & Collections Support – Prepare credit application worksheets, follow up with debtors, and support accounting management with special projects.
