Technician Resource Coordinator (Part-Time) - Keep the Show Running!
Location : Orlando, FL | Salary : $19.75 / hr - $23.80 / hr

LMG is looking for a Technician Resource Coordinator (Part-Time) to support our Technician Resource Center by scheduling technical labor, managing travel, and ensuring smooth event execution. What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling & Coordination - Assign technicians to shows based on needs from Show Services and Technical Services .
Resource Optimization - Determine the best mix of Show Technicians vs. Freelance Contract Labor based on skills, location, availability, and client preferences.
Show Communication - Keep all stakeholders in the loop via email, text, R6, and phone .
Database Management - Maintain labor database with technician proficiencies and availability.
Accuracy Checks - Review Live Event Quotes and reports for accuracy, collaborating with Show Services to ensure all details align.
Logistics Assistance - Support invoicing and travel coordination as needed.
What We're Looking For
Organized & Detail-Oriented - You keep track of multiple schedules, updates, and logistics with ease.
Strong Communicator - Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
Problem-Solver - Able to make real-time decisions on scheduling and staffing adjustments.
Tech-Savvy - Experience with scheduling systems and database management is a plus.
