Accounts Payable Specialist

Now we’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to keep the financial engine running smoothly. If you're someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and the occasional puzzle to solve—we want to hear from you.

🧾 What You’ll Do:

Review, reconcile, and process invoices for payment like a pro.

Match documentation (POs, packing slips, etc.) to invoices and verify approvals before issuing payments.

Accurately code and enter invoices into the accounting system for processing.

Monitor and maintain an open purchase order log—making sure our commitments are on point.

Dive into the accounts payable aging report to identify and fix discrepancies.

Handle W–9 collection and help prep for annual 1099 reporting.

Track sales and use tax information—ensuring compliance with all the details.

Keep vendor files organized and up-to-date, and be the friendly point of contact when questions arise.

Assist with special financial projects and even help cover the front desk when needed.

Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

An understanding of accounting processes (bonus points for AP experience!).

A team player mentality and a drive to support colleagues and vendors alike.

Comfort juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Bonus: Familiarity with accounting software and an interest in the entertainment or AV industry.

💵 Salary Range: $17.95/hour – $22.815/hour, based on experience.
