What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Specialist position at Entertainment Technology Partners?
The Financial Specialist supports the SI Business Operations team by handling billing, tracking payments, resolving account issues, and keeping things running smoothly. From creating invoices to processing payments and reporting, they’re all about keeping the numbers in check!
What You'll Do :
- Review expense submissions and flag anomalies.
- Verify accuracy of POs in Q360 and create vouchers.
- Prioritize high-value "In Suspense" POs and ensure proper posting.
- Track AR workflows and assist with closing out invoices.
- Add a layer of authentication between PMO and AR coordination.
- Monitor payment dashboards and apply payments.
- Help PM and Service teams with voucher formatting and submissions.
- Assist with projects involving progress payments and retention.
- Distribute weekly AR aging reports.
- Attend monthly forecast and P / L meetings with Finance.
- Ensure projects are properly closed out in Q360.
- Research and resolve unusual entries; propose reclassifications.
- Prepare and support management reports as needed.
What We're Looking For :
Base Salary Range : $21.73 / hr - $32.20 / hr. This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
