EAH goes to market via nine enthusiast focused websites - ECS Tuning, Turner Motorsport, Pelican Parts, Rennline, Texas Speed & Performance, Z1 Motorsports, Z1 Off-Road, EVANNEX and RCI Off-Road.  We serve the automotive enthusiast; customers who are passionate about how their vehicle looks and performs, by providing the parts, content, knowledge and support to make their automotive vision come to life. We also serve a global network of specialty installer shops that solve for customers looking for a "Do it For Me" option.


Led by a strong leadership team, EAH generates market leading profitability and has experienced high rates of organic growth, including through and following the pandemic. The company has also successfully grown through multiple acquisitions.

EAH is owned and supported by Cortec Group, a premier private equity firm, Cortec has invested millions of dollars to expand EAH’s operations, facilities, technology, and leadership. EAH has recently completed a significant facility expansion at its primary distribution center and is in the process of implementing enterprise-level ERP / WMS / OMS systems.


EAH is now seeking to strengthen the organization with a Digital Marketing Manager as the business continues to scale. The right individual for this role has a demonstrated track record of success managing complex Paid Search campaigns and is ready to define, plan and execute a comprehensive Media strategy across our organization. This position will be based at our headquarters location in Wadsworth, OH and reports to the Director, Growth Marketing.


Responsibilities Include

  • Day-to-day management of performance campaigns using Paid Search and self-service display/video advertising platforms such as AdWords, Bing Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Improve Google’s PMAX campaign performance through bid and data feed optimization Manage a multi-million dollar annual spend budget effectively across multiple marketing channels
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly metric reports for business stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Monitor industry news and latest changes that will impact our programs. Propose and implement changes as needed to take advantage of the latest trends.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders from different departments and banners to understand the nuances of our product mix, then develop paid media strategies that optimize results.
  • Perform other tasks and activities as required.
  • Perform all job functions with a positive, professional attitude

What Success Looks Like

  • Developing and executing a Paid Media strategy that helps the organization meet and exceed its Traffic, Revenue and ROI targets with an eye towards profitable revenue.
  • Building strong relationships across the company, collaborating well with business partners and serving as a key ally to the marketing team in multiple banners.
  • Increasing our new customer acquisition through a diverse portfolio of Digital Marketing channels

Requirements

  • Associate / Bachelor Degree: Marketing, Business, Programming, Engineering, Math, or Related Field
  • 5 Years Professional Experience in Paid Media (PPC, SEM, Display), Social, Analytics
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills / Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Desired Skills

  • Proven track record of success in Paid Media and having managed multiple accounts or multi-banners with multi-dollar spend.
  • Previous Position in Agency / Online B2C / Retail Industry
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics Certification
  • Auto Enthusiast would be a plus
