EAH is now seeking to strengthen the Rennline team with a Email Marketing and Catalog Specialist as the business continues to scale.
Requirements
Email Marketing
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, weekly product release emailers, along with sale announcements, incorporating influencer content and installation videos.
- Develop visually appealing email templates that align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Monitor email campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Content Coordination
- Coordinate production schedules for product photography, installation videos, and influencer campaigns to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate content seamlessly across email and website platforms.
Website Management
- Manage website updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date listings for new products, photos, and videos.
- Implement website enhancements aimed at improving user experience (UX) and increasing customer retention rates.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments to support various projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring a cohesive approach to marketing and customer engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo.
- Strong data analytics skills to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.
- Basic design skills for creating visually compelling email templates.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality content and campaigns.
- Experience with website content management and UX improvements.
