Position Overview:
We’re hiring a sharp, self-motivated bilingual assistant (Spanish & English) to join our growing team! If you’re highly organized, love helping others, and feel confident handling everything from inboxes to errands, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support (email management, calendar scheduling, task batching)
- Attend occasional in-person errands or meetings (bank, post office, pickups)
- Assist with translation and communication between clients/customers
- Support estimates and contracts by attending and documenting details
- Organize client updates and task recaps
- Communicate clearly via text, email, and phone
- Use tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and Zoom
Must-Haves:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Trustworthy, respectful, and professional
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Reliable transportation (for occasional errands/visits)
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with QuickBooks, Wave, Google Workspace, or CRM tools
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- Previous assistant or administrative experience / NOT NEEDED
