Position Overview :
The HRIS Analyst (Temporary) will support the maintenance and functionality of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Workday, in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst (Temporary) will report to the Sr Manager, HR Technology.
Responsibilities :
- Perform system administration functions including dashboard and report management, permission management, and basic configuration modifications.
- Provide design expertise, analysis, testing and implementation support.
- Perform root cause analysis for system issues not operating as designed.
- Use knowledge of business processes and system functionality to identify ways to customize and enhance current business applications and operating systems to meet the functional needs of the business and improve business process.
- Work with human resources and business subject matter experts to identify potential configuration enhancements and system modifications to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the systems.
- Review and evaluate system releases and enhancements and recommend and implement approved new functionality.
- May provide overall project management for given HR initiatives.
- Specific areas of Workday focus may include, but are not limited to : Core HR, Benefits, Integrations, Time, Absence, Talent Management (recruiting & performance), and Security.

Compensation Range :
The pay range for this position is $$60 per hour - $$90 per hour per hour (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience.
