We are looking for Design Engineers in the following locations:
- Chicago, IL
- Pittsburgh, PA
What You'll Do:
- Perform engineering design on a variety of engineering tasks both independently and with ongoing supervision within the Complex Projects team.
- Gain an understanding of CAD programs and the software analysis tools utilized in engineering design.
- Support the preparation of simple designs or small portions of larger projects, including calculations and drawings.
- Apply appropriate industry codes, standards, and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from ABET accredited university.
- Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions. This position involves occasional travel within the area which includes driving to project sites and visiting the local office.
- Strong work ethic with desire to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in the energy sector.

- Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $68,000 and $74,000 annually and is an exempt position.
- Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
- Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
- May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
