Director - Electric Programs

As a Director, your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. You'll manage all projects assigned by the Vice President or Senior Director, ensuring they meet performance indicators set by clients or internally. These indicators include schedule performance, project budget performance, project profitability, accounts receivable tracking, client relationships and satisfaction, and project quality control.

You'll also develop and submit weekly operations reports as requested and maintain a system of quality control checks on all assigned projects. Accurate fee revenue forecasting on a monthly basis will be part of your role, along with assisting in developing strategic plans for the Business Unit and implementing programs to achieve growth plans for the organization.

In addition, you'll participate in sales calls and in-person client presentations, prepare or assist in preparing proposals, and develop and maintain quality relationships with clients. Your role will be crucial in driving the success and growth of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or PMP certificate along with 8-10 years of work experience in the electrical industry.
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager or similar role, including 3-5 years in the Electric Distribution within utility sector, with a focus on capital project programs
• Preferred experience of 1-3 years at Director level role.
• Functional understanding of the Engineering, Procurement & Construction process in addition to the project development / consulting space.
• High level understanding of budget development, forecasting and execution/implementation of best practices.
• Must reside within Pacific North District. Preferably California within an hour of a major airport.

Benefits & Salary:

• This position pays between $140,000 and $180,000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
