What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping & Receiving Clerk position at ENTRUST Solutions Group?
What You’ll Do:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of PC hardware components.
- Verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Organize and store hardware components in designated areas.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve any shipping or receiving issues.
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Assist with the assembly and testing of PC hardware as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.

- This position pays $20/hr and is an non-exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a PC hardware or electronics environment.
