Marketing Paralegal

Entrusted Advisors is seeking a talented Marketing Paralegal to join our team for an exciting engagement supporting one of our global clients, an internationally recognized consumer brand. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting in-house legal teams and business units in reviewing marketing assets to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry and company standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with and receive mentorship from senior members of the legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate marketing content, promotional materials, and other assets for regulatory adherence
• Identify and escalate potential compliance risks and revise materials accordingly
• Provide practical recommendations to internal marketing teams regarding best practices

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working as a paralegal with an in-house corporate legal team
• Prior experience with marketing and advertising compliance for consumer products
• Familiarity with claims substantiation or alcohol regulation is beneficial, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

This is a hybrid role working on-site three days per week in the client's Atlanta office. The anticipated duration is 12-18 months, with the potential for a permanent offer of employment with the client following the engagement for the right candidate.
